GOAK was founded in 2020 by Daniela and Turu, two certified Paddle UK Sea Kayak Leaders who built a paddling community around safety, local knowledge and a love for the sea.

The GOAK Fleet
GOAK operates 10 tandem sit-on-top kayaks, 5 solo sit-inside kayaks and 4 tandem sit-inside kayaks, operated separately according to conditions and activities. The most suitable kayaks are selected according to the activity, weather, sea conditions and group requirements.

Safety First
All participants must be able to swim unaided.
A properly fitted personal flotation device (PFD) must be worn at all times on the water.
Kayaks, paddles, PFDs, safety whistles and dry bags are provided for all guided activities.
GOAK is registered with Transport Malta and appropriately insured.
Routes are assessed against current weather and sea conditions before departure.
GOAK does not offer unguided kayak rentals. All activities are guided by certified leaders.

Turu and Daniela are amazing. I had no clue in kayaking but with their support and encouragement, I have been practicing the sport for nearly 4 years! Paddling with them is fun, safe, and it is also a great learning experience.
Turu and Lella are incredible kayaking tour leaders. They brought my daughter and me on a fantastic Saturday morning paddle to the Coral Cave. Great views and loads of stories along the way really added to the experience. Knowing they are the only certified and insured kayak company in Malta really gave us peace of mind.
A truly magical experience kayaking with Turu and Lella of GOAK! They were so friendly and professional giving us a full safety briefing as well as great tips on technique and they were very informative about what we were seeing on our route. The water was crystal clear and the caves were spectacular.
I really enjoyed the experience with Get out and Kayak. I liked the mix in the adventure between a nice group, history, excitement, learning and kayaking. Very nice and competent leaders.
Only good things to say about GOAK, planning our event with 2 groups was a walk in the park with their experience and their mindset. Communication was exchanged frequently and prompt. On the day of the event they delivered all that they promised, safety briefing, kayak handling, 2 experienced and trained guides throughout the day.
